Started eating raw cheese with every single meal. Everything tastes better, you feel fuller faster, and it's very beneficial for your health AND fat loss.

The only real cheese is Dutch cheese. American cheese is plastic. Switch to grass-fed, full cream, real Gouda.

this is crazy , cheese is high in saturated fat and is bad for the heart and arteries . It should be an occasional treat and just a very small amount . You eat mono unsaturated fats for heart health - oily fish like salmon , trout also walnuts , avocados , olive oils
