The only real cheese is Dutch cheese. American cheese is plastic. Switch to grass-fed, full cream, real Gouda.

No it's not. You aren't factoring I'm the ratio of K2's effect on cardiovascular health vs the plaque it leaves in your cardiovascular system.. You have to do better.

this is crazy , cheese is high in saturated fat and is bad for the heart and arteries . It should be an occasional treat and just a very small amount . You eat mono unsaturated fats for heart health - oily fish like salmon , trout also walnuts , avocados , olive oils
