yeah, this seems more like a mental health issue/crisis than some racist person. She's not making sense and seems thoroughly confused. It feels like she's arguing that they're both Asian(and not from this planet?) so she shouldn't have to pay due to their shared race categorization. Racism is awful but not sure putting her on blast is called for in this case. She needs a doctor and meds, not to be shamed on the internet.

There are literally hundreds of videos in TikTok of people not paying for their nails. I don’t know why people don’t charge in full or at least half for the service ahead of time.

This is looks like Ambien if I had to guess. Ask a flight attendant to chime in they see this conscious nonsense from passengers all the time.
