Why are certain people from left-wing circles so in love with Islamic oppression? These women have no sympathy whatsoever for the combative Iranian women who have been humiliated, raped, mutilated their entire lives and even murdered. Something I realized on my solo trip to the Valley of Flowers is that these people don’t really have any survival or financial skills. They just come to India with a budget of $1,000 a month, eat shitty food that even locals avoid, stay in dorms for $24 (for which locals wouldn’t even pay $5), and suffer when they could do much more with that money. So I decided to take them to the best places I could find, forced them to try Indian cuisine, and saved them $200+. (1/n)

"don't speak about our faves again, di naman sold out con ng fave mo" yes and we didn't claim na sold out din naman in the first place because most of filo stays have work, some can't travel to bulacan, may exam, may mga nagka-emergency. things happened but at least all of us enjoyed the concert, even the kids enjoyed it. they feel so love and appreciated. we always make sure na kahit hindi sold out yung ph stop nila, they can still feel the genuine love of filo stays. we make sure we can sing with them with all of their songs not just some songs na sumikat sa tiktok or wherever, we make sure that we CHEER ALL MEMBERS may landian man sa harap namin or wala!! so if hindi kayo satisfied sa sarili niyong fandom don't ever ever speak ill about ours, don't ever think about mentioning our kids or even our fandom. QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. you may sold out a whole arena but you will never understand, not even a gist of what it feels like to be stays jamming and hyping with strykids 💓

This is what this young man does for fun. Here he is hopping over the counter at McDonald’s and going and scooping up some fries with his bare hands and piling them into his mouth. Acting like a complete fool. His buddies laugh and then he runs out. Every single person, even all the black people, said there is nothing funny whatsoever about this. That it is just giving the fatigue factor more attention. They even suggested that McDonald’s close their dining room. 💯 Many questioned why would anyone think this is funny? Where is this guys parents? Even though he is older, can you imagine his parents seeing him do this? There will be no consequences. The cops probably won’t even be called and even if they were, what are they going to do? Ticket him? He will get away with it and then it is on to the next place to do something stupid again. The lack of respect and morals is so tiring. No wonder people complain about fatigue, even black people. What’s the answer to all this? How do we get this stopped?

These people found a dog they have never seen swimming in their pool. As a black lab owner or any lab for that matter, this probably shocks you zero percent. His poor owner is probably crying thinking he is all alone looking for them. 😭 God forbid a good boy go on vacation. 😂 I would just let the dog swim and have a good time. My question was are you strict Keto? … A Keto diet is not for everyone much like a carnivorous diet is not for everyone. We all have a different microbiome that allows us to eat what we eat. Not all humans are created equal. Much like a lion cannot be vegan and an elephant cannot be carnivorous. Their microbiome dictates their diet. Yes, I tested the animals below….My recommendation is to Stop ALL gluten…you probably killed the microbes allowing you to absorb gluten or simply iron .. It is easier and cheaper to just stop gluten than look into those lost microbes as it is a research protocol needing funds. Other options are eating more apricots, Brussels sprouts, swiss chard, etc … You can test your microbiome with ProgenaBiome to see what microbes are missing and compare to our research database and start on a research protocol but it ain't cheap as genetic sequencing of the gut is expensive at the level we do it and it is precision medicine research, not your usual clinical trial. Lastly, putting on my GI hat, I would advise for an Egd/colo by any GI to rule out anything in the bowels. Make sure they do a duodenal biopsy. All my best. You can always pm me.

It pains me to know that the belief is that a therapist role is to "validate". I do not validate. If you are with me in a clinical setting and what you're saying doesn't make any damn sense, I'm going to have you walk me through it. What I've discovered is that a lot of the dysfunction people have is that they've never articulated their beliefs and so have no idea how absurd they are. Simply going through the exercise of having to explain yourself can be deeply rewarding. It's something we call "accountability". You literally account for yourself. Sure, I've had some female clients chimp out and flee never to be seen again at their first contact with a mirror. I've had many others weep openly that actually being held psychologically. One I will never get out of my mind was a wonderful 30-something year old woman who cried and said, "I have been in therapy for 7 years. Why has nobody ever challenged me and help me see that I'm the one causing all this shit?" That's an important question. And it's crucial that if you see a therapist, you don't see a charlatan. You can tell the good ones by their headgear.
