⚠️Child predators have long exploited the teaching profession for the sole purpose of gaining access to children. Now, the NSPCC wants to give them even more incentive to do so. NSPCC has chosen pedos and perverts over child safeguarding. NSPCC is not fit for purpose.

NSPCC have not been fit for purpose for years. They dismissed grooming gangs and the link with ethnicity back in 2023.

@ka10_c This is fcuking wrong. I supported a young woman with severe mental health issues likely exacerbated by her being groomed and abused by a male teacher at secondary school.

I worked in teaching for over 30 years. I know the stringent procedures that schools have in place and even despite those, pedophiles are attracted in and do their best to get round them. The NSPCC is telling schools to put down a big welcome mat and turn their backs to abuse.

Yup. a teacher (male) at one of my children's schools, prior to me home-educating them, had rigged up some cameras, under desks, for knickers shots, and on shelves, for bra shots when the girls reached up after he asked them to get whatever it was off the shelf. He went to another male teacher to own up, who advised him to stay uiet, but remove all cameras. This man had a semblance of conscience, for he owned up, went to the police. He was sent to prison, agreeing he needed to be...and asked for help. He was an oddbod, rigidly straight when walking, but kind to the kids...well, he had to be, to get them onside. This was in a secondary school, pre-internet too. The other teacher who should have reported him instantly, of course, was one who taught kids by frightening them with his really bad temper. Be careful with who teaches your children, always.
