On May 8th, CGN New Energy's 100 MW/200 MWh shared energy storage power station in Yuanjiang, Yunnan Province, successfully achieved full-capacity grid connection and power generation. The project utilizes lithium iron phosphate energy storage technology and a grid-based design, significantly enhancing the energy storage system's active support capability for the power grid. After commissioning, the power station is expected to discharge approximately 65.7 million kWh to the grid annually, equivalent to saving approximately 19,700 tons of standard coal. #Shared; #EnergyStorage
