This may seem like a joke… and it’s definitely somewhat light-hearted But it’s also real. “Dessert” and “Sugar” has been demonized to a crazy extent. but there’s a huge difference between desserts made with high quality ingredients and desserts made with cheap filler junk. Take ice cream for example. Milk, cream, eggs, sugar? All anabolic & good for you. But they get a bad rap because people eat the Ben & Jerry’s slop with 100 ingredients most of which is processed slop. You can make the same conclusion about mostly every dessert. Cookies? Whole different ballgame if they are made with something like heirloom grains such as einkorn or spelt, that aren’t enriched, that aren’t loaded with gums, dyes, artificial sweeteners, etc. Getting this sugar in is actually GOOD for testosterone production, metabolism, & sleep. It’s inherently anti-stress when coming from a quality source. And beyond all that? Having some enjoyable treats makes your diet something that isn’t a 3 week effort, before falling off to binge for 3 days, and repeat. You satisfy your enjoyment for a delightful sweet, and increase adherence long term. So while it’s tongue in cheek, I’m not joking. Eat dessert for maximum gains.

People of Namibia 🇳🇦 I now have ONLY 22 years left to PENSION counting from FRIDAY 28 August 1987. I spent the day Working Amongst the masses of our people. I particularly spent the day in the POLICE HOLDING CELLS here in Katima Mulilo. I looked into the faces of the young men in those cells and TOLD them that all is not lost. Life can still change. They can still be exceptional Namibians. They can still Lead, build and develop our society. These police cells, opened by B. J Voster in 1967, was meant for 80 inmates but is now overcrowded with 212 inmates. It gets worse, the whole of Zambezi Region has no holding cells for women. Yes, the whole region has no female holding cells. But let’s return, thank you for your kind wishes on my time measurement. Thank you all, Family, Friends, Colleagues, Activists, Comrades and people of Namibia for being with me over the past 38 Years. Yoh, am getting old and now a Real Grootman! Thanks You! Thank You 🙏🏿 💪🏿❤️

I’m writing this with a heavy heart… 💔 My cat Biso has just become a mother to four tiny kittens, but she’s extremely exhausted and currently nursing. She urgently needs proper food and milk to stay strong and be able to feed her babies. I’m struggling and can’t provide everything they need on my own… Her four kittens depend on her completely, and if she doesn’t get enough nutrition, all their lives are at risk. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who panic-kill creative the second CPA spikes. If you've watched ROAS fall off a cliff and opened Ads Manager with ten tabs going, you already know what happens next. Your gut says "creative fatigue." You kill your best-performing ad. A week later performance is still broken, because that was never the problem. Guessing wrong is the most expensive move in paid social. We have this building next door to our office that was gifted to us by a corporate… the title deed is in our name…it is really Duma Collective ‘s building. We have no use for it… we got it, white boxed it and have been looking for a tenant but ya… it’s clean and available. So, when I joined a 21 day Daniel’s Fast prayer group started by Praise Mwelase Roiii and Tumelo Candice Sello , the need was for a place where we could gather weekly for in person prayer. Boom… the building next door became the perfect sanctuary!!! Let me just testify how God has used this building for the glory of the Kingdom. So much good has come out of this building! Obedience yields very positive results. Seek first the Kingdom of God and ALL these other things will be added u to you. Thanks for reading till the end… cos there’s no advice…just a good story about how Good God Is!!! In real life 🥰❤️

EMERGENCY RESCUE… 💔💔😡😡 A BABY DUMPED 😡😡😡😡😡 We made the three and a half hour journey to Limerick after being told about a horse in desperate need of help. We couldn't get anyone else to respond, so we went. When we got there we helped the poor pony that needed us, but then….Hidden inside an old, abandoned horse box was a tiny foal. Alone. Terrified. Severely dehydrated. No food. No water. Nothing. 😡😡😡❤️❤️❤️❤️ We have no idea how long this poor baby had been trapped there.💔 The horse box had no registration plates, no identifying information, just an old trailer that appears to have been used to dump this innocent little life. 💔💔💔 Had we not opened that door when we did, we truly believe he would have been left there to die.💔😡 We immediately contacted An Garda Síochána, carefully removed him from the box, and rushed him back to Kildare, where our vet was waiting. He is now receiving the urgent care he desperately needs, but he has a long road ahead of him, barely a month old 💔💔💔💔💔 Once again, this is another innocent foal discarded because he was the "wrong" colour, the "wrong" gender, or simply no longer wanted. 😡😡😡 It is absolutely heartbreaking that animals continue to suffer because of human cruelty and neglect.😡😡😡 We are emotionally exhausted. Every rescue takes its toll, but walking away is not an option when innocent animals have no one else. Something has to change. Ireland needs stronger animal welfare laws, meaningful prosecutions, and dedicated resources to investigate animal cruelty. Until those responsible face real consequences, this cycle of suffering will continue.😡😡😡 Please donate if you can, share this post, and help us give this precious little boy the future he deserves. I never imagined I would be writing something like this again. This year started with hope—I told myself I would work hard, save more, and finally have a little breathing space. But living with Sickle Cell has a way of rewriting your plans. Month after month, I found myself spending more time in hospital wards than anywhere else. Every small earning I made quietly disappeared into drugs, tests, injections, and emergency treatments. Still, I kept pushing through the pain, believing I could handle it. Living with Sickle Cell means constant hospital visits, unexpected crises, and medical bills that never seem to end. I’ve spent almost everything I earned just trying to stay afloat and manage the pain. 💔 Right now, I urgently need an Exchange Blood Transfusion (EBT) to help ease the pain and stabilize my health. The EBT procedure is not optional for me at this point; it is the only way to manage my condition effectively and give me a real chance at living a healthier and stable life. Unfortunately, I can’t afford the cost on my own this time. My family too have put in alot trying to keep me stable. One minute, I am happy and working, the next, I am being transfused in the hospital, fighting to stay alive.
