Has mass production of Chirombo started? This is a game-changer! Transplanting onion seedlings is time-consuming and wasteful without an implement to properly guide labour.

I always thought onion powder was made of dehydrated onions. But people are now making onion powder of out of the onion peels. They claim the peel is actually the onion itself dried in the sun so it’s the same thing. I am intrigued about how this tastes. If it’s good then I would get free onion powder because I use al lot of onions anyway. So we dry out onion peels in the oven for an hour and a half and then grind it up in a food processor. When I get a free second I think I am going to try this. I can’t imagine it tasting too horrible, there is a good possibility that onion peel powder is actually good. Would you be willing to try this out? We have really nothing to lose as the onion peel is usually discarded as waste anyways. Worst comes to worst this tastes bad and I throw it away anyways.

(laughs) i admit to not buying the green onions, you know? anyway, i’m not the one who cooks so i should have listened to the person who does. nevertheless, this green onion line... story that continued up to this point... chenle suddenly said, “hey mark jeno, let’s film this!” we didn’t even know what we were doing. but anyway, chenle had promised a fan at a fansign that he’d film this with the green onion line, so it felt a bit wrong not to do it. but when i think about it, the image of the three of us, lifting chenle up and doing all sorts of things, jeno and i have done it too much. it was so funny.

I don't think any of this is gonna work. First of all, California is the poster child for the worst managed state in the union. There's no question about it. It's poorly managed, it has lost businesses, and the billionaires have been leaving ahead of any of this debate, whether it gets passed or not. Basically this is un-American, unconstitutional, and it's impossible to implement. I don't know how they're even thinking of doing this. It's, it's crazy, and it's just more California.

Egyptian walking onions (also called Tree Onions, Perennial Onions, Topset Onions or Winter Onions) are quite an amazing plant! The onions form underground, however they also form bunches of small onions on top, called top sets. Eventually as the top sets get heavy, they fall down to the ground and can root into the ground and grow more onion plants! Your soil needs to be loose and moist for it to plant itself well, but you can either help it along and bury it a little, or simply snip it off and plant wherever you like. This video is from New Zealand but walking onions can also be grown in USDA Hardiness Zones 3-9, which covers most of the United States. These onions are adaptable to different soil types, though they prefer well-drained, fertile soil with a pH between 6.0 and 7.0.
