Cowleg Ayamase Cowleg Ayamase is officially one of those Southwest meals I didn’t know I needed in my life 😭🤎 The richness, the pepper sauce, that gelatinous cowleg goodness… EVERYTHING just works! One thing about discovering Nigerian food, there’s always another dish waiting to steal your heart. And this one has definitely done that for me. 🥹 Have you had cowleg Ayamase before? Cow leg seasoning chopped onions Chopped habanero Beef seasoning Paprika Pepper mix (green mix of tatashe and scotch bonnets) Onions For the sauce bleached palm oil Chopped onions Locust beans (Iru) Crayfish Seasoning cubes Stock Eggs Cooked cow leg

Hair day and coconut rice When my hairstylist Combsbytolani comes over for a home service, she's not leaving with just a fresh install... she's leaving with a full stomach too. Today's menu was rich coconut rice and juicy air-fried turkey because feeding people is simply my love language. Fresh hair, good food, plenty of laughs... safe to say we both left happy. Please tell me I'm not the only one who feeds everyone that walks through the door. Recipe Turkey seasoning chopped onions Chopped habanero peppers Chicken stock seasoning Paprika Italian seasoning Coconut rice coconut milk Turkey stock Chopped onions Chopped habanero pepper Stock seasoning Crayfish Fish oil from grilled mackerel fish
