We often hear about the negatives of drinking alcohol, but longevity physician Dr. Peter Attia says he still drinks in moderation, when social benefits outweigh the negatives. “Try to never have more than two drinks in a day. And try to never drink more than three hours before bedtime because it will negatively impact your sleep,” says Attia. “If you can limit yourself to no more than six or seven drinks a week,” he adds, “I can't tell you that it will have no negative effect on your health, but I think the effect is so small that it probably comes out in the wash.”

This customer hired these landscapers to install gravel walkways and to mulch around his yard. When it was time to pay, he stated he won’t pay the full amount because the service did not include edging, which he never even told them he wanted them to do. I feel the customer is scamming the landscapers at this point, his argument isn’t valid, the landscapers are not mind readers. They would have no idea that he wanted this service done as well. Could they have explained it better, maybe but how would they know he wanted it especially if they operate differently than what he was expecting. I see opportunities for both parties involved. I think the customer should have been clear from the start what his expectation was and what he wanted. On the other hand I feel the contractors should have explained it better as well especially if the edging service is an additional price.

Interstellar is one of the best in theater experiences of my life & Christopher Nolan just topped it with The Odyssey. As someone whose life was greatly impacted by Interstellar, I can’t believe I’m sitting here in 2026 in the wake of an even more impressive Nolan blockbuster. Christopher Nolan is truly that dude.
