Chunky Duck Fat Fries

Recently made duck fat fries using fat I rendered off a whole duck I prepared. It was out of this world. Also used duck fat for ribeyes 🥩 yum 🤤!!!!

Seed oils? Not here. 🐄🥔 Our chips are fried in beef tallow for unbeatable crunch and flavor. Tradition tastes better.

What type of water? Lemon juice or vinegar?
