Even for churches … they can’t handle homelessness without training on how to deal with mental illness and drug addiction … we checked on this in our small city … the police told us … the majority of homeless people are mentally ill and come out of hospitals that gave them medication for their mental issues but once out of hospitals they stop taking their medications and become unstable and in many cases violent … we desperately need to bring back mental institutions …
