I hope we realise the main reason why 3rd Mainland Bridge and Osborne road were hurriedly totally resurfaced, with street lights and street markings is because it's the route from the airport to his Bourdillon house! It had little or nothing to with with the fact that it serves millions of people daily, that Lagos is the commercial hub of Nigeria, with perhaps 30% of it's GDP and that Ikoyi, Marina and VI houses some of Nigeria's largest companies. Had more to do with the personality of the President than all of the above!! That's the way we make decisions in Nigeria.
