@gordonliao ETH is king 👑

We no longer have the full spectrum of potential stablecoins and infrastructure that we had a few years ago. Competitors are being forced into a narrower, regulated space Both US/EU regulations specify a payment use (no yield) with at-par redemption, conservative reserves and local regulation. However, the US has distanced stablecoins from banks, while the EU promotes holding reserves at banks. The US has prohibited a CBDC, the EU will likely launch one Other parts of the potential stablecoin space will be squeezed by updated DeFi, tokenized money market funds, tokenized deposits... And then there's the question of how all of this works across borders and currencies

@gordonliao New chopping blockkk just as I was in @hosseeb cs asking 😂 Will share my favorite moment per usual!

@gordonliao

@gordonliao stablecoin wars are heating up, gonna be a wild ride!

@gordonliao We don’t need more stablecoins. We need better infrastructure for developers to accept stablecoin payments.

@gordonliao loving it all who ends up winning with tighter/faster/stricter reg coming soon?

@gordonliao Everyone could literally move to a consortium based token where commercials are distributed, the treasury is inhouse, and all these commercial problems are solved. 🤷🏽♂️

@gordonliao @grok Summarise the key points discussed in this video.
