Great pod! The debate on whether DUNA’s should/will take over from Foundation’s was missing a key piece though - taxes I can DM you guys more details, but tl;dr the well advised are unlikely to distribute valuable tokens from a U.S. entity (DUNA or otherwise) cc @milesjennings
