Construction on the world's largest ship tunnel, which will allow some cruise ships to pass through, is set to begin in early 2027. The proposed tunnel will be built in Norway and will be over a mile long, 165 feet high, and 120 feet wide. The Stad Ship Tunnel will cut through solid rock on the Stadlandet Peninsula and allow cargo vessels, ferries, and cruise ships to bypass the Stadhavet Sea, some of the most dangerous waters off Norway's coast. 81% of ship traffic will reportedly be able to use the tunnel. 'AF Gruppen' was recently awarded the contract for the tunnel. The construction cost of the tunnel is expected to be about $900 million. It's unclear exactly how long it will take to complete the tunnel; however, the Coastal Administration previously estimated that construction would take about five years.

What an amazing experience. We took the chance of a canoe adventure through Standedge Tunnel from Marsden to Diggle. The longest, deepest and highest canal tunnel in the UK! Over 3 miles long, deep under the Pennines. I've lived near the tunnel for much of my life and always wanted to venture inside. Along the way the guides show and tell the history of the tunnel. Even see the original chisel marks in the rock. A 2 hour journey you won't forget. The canoe experience is put on by Canal & River Trust on set dates throughout the year and well worth it

Jimi Wanjigi: We should not pay our debt; it is not only logical, but it is the only way we don’t die. We are dying as a complete nation. When we say odious, it is illegal debt that is costing us. This year alone, it is going to be 91 percent of the taxes that we contribute to the government. This year alone, for every Kenyan, it is 40,000 shillings they are paying. For every working Kenyan, it is 120,000 shillings, 10,000 shillings a month, you are paying to something that you did not approve. The government awarded US spy-tech firm Palantir an NHS contract worth £330m in 2023, despite widespread concerns about the company’s ties to Israel, ICE and the Trump administration. We sent 14.9 million dollars to teach Afghans to do carpet weaving. We gave the United Nations $280 million for Afghanistan food transfers. We gave Afghanistan $75 million to teach Afghan women how to farm. We sent $3.5 billion to protect the “macro financial stability of the Afghan people.” Whatever that actually means. We spent $9 billion to resettle 90,000 refugees from Afghanistan into the United States. Oh, and we don’t have an embassy in Afghanistan so we don’t know how any of that money is being used . If that doesn’t spark outrage that your government is corrupt and incompetent, then I don’t know what to tell you.

The government’s first responsibility is to protect its own citizens. Over the past few years, we’ve heard different estimates of how many people entered this country illegally under the Biden administration: 10 million, 15 million, even 20 million. I don’t care what the final number is. One is too many when that one person comes here and commits horrific crimes against innocent Americans. If we fail to secure our homeland, there will be more grieving families, more innocent victims, more murders, and more rapes. That’s the bottom line. This is not a partisan issue. It’s an American issue.

The United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a lower court ruling that the City won in February, which ordered the Federal government to reinstall a series of interpretative panels at the President’s House that told the powerful history of how 9 enslaved individuals were held in slavery in the executive residence by President Washington. Today, the Third Circuit Court ruled against the City, and ruled that the Federal government had the legal right to determine what panels were installed at the President’s House. Philadelphia, hear me on this: I will pursue every legal action possible to reverse this decision. We cannot and WILL not rest until the full story of American history – including the existence of Slavery at the President’s House here in Philadelphia – is told, for our Nation and the World to see. The Finnish government Finnish Government must thread with caution, as their actions might be interfering with the principles of peoples rights to self determination. Furthermore, their actions has the capacity to endanger Biafra citizens whom are already under threat of annihilation by the Nigeria terrorist entity. Today's Monday sit at home is an evidence that the Prime Minister Simon Ekpa has never at any point in time encouraged any individual to commit violence nor promoted such but rather, Biafrans have decided to peacefully exit Nigeria come December 2 2024 and the Prime Minister is leading that peaceful exit.
