The IDF reveals the largest underground tunnel The IDF has carried out exploration operations in the tunnel and has so far uncovered over 4 km of the tunnel's route, which reaches a maximum depth of about 50 meters. The nearest shaft of the tunnel is located about 400 meters from the Erez crossing, which was used for the passage of workers, merchants, and patients for medical treatment in Israel in recent years. In the documentation from Hamas cameras, we can see the construction process of that tunnel. This is not an ordinary tactical tunnel, it is a tunnel with strategic capabilities, one of which is located very close to the Erez checkpoint.

Tunnel Road will be a disaster for Bengaluru. 6 acres are earmarked for acquisition but the people of Bengaluru will not let even 6 inches of Lalbagh to be taken. During my visit to Lalbagh yesterday, GBA officials refused to accompany us to show the proposed tunnel route under the Lalbagh Rock. Even more alarming was the revelation that a commercial complex is planned at the shaft location within Lalbagh. Along with citizen experts and walkers, I witnessed the potential negative impact this tunnel project could have on the city. It threatens our historical landmarks and fragile ecological balance. The state government’s decision to take over land for a tunnel road that is unscientific, unnecessary, unsafe and unlawful is deeply concerning. Watch.

What an amazing experience. We took the chance of a canoe adventure through Standedge Tunnel from Marsden to Diggle. The longest, deepest and highest canal tunnel in the UK! Over 3 miles long, deep under the Pennines. I've lived near the tunnel for much of my life and always wanted to venture inside. Along the way the guides show and tell the history of the tunnel. Even see the original chisel marks in the rock. A 2 hour journey you won't forget. The canoe experience is put on by Canal & River Trust on set dates throughout the year and well worth it
