Registering illegals to vote is NOT a glitch. That is a serious problem. The standard should be simple: U.S. elections are for U.S. citizens. If you are a citizen, you have the right to choose your leaders. If you are not a citizen, you do NOT. Protecting the ballot box is not partisan. It is the foundation of representative government. American citizens should decide American elections. No exceptions.
