NEW: California couples break down in tears after an Orange County fertility doctor allegedly stole their embryos and took them to Bakersfield. 26 patients have now launched a lawsuit against Dr. Brian David Acacio for "kidnapping" their embryos. "I feel like they were kidnapped. I don't know where they are," said Bernice Cervantes. "We've gone through multiple retrievals, multiple transfers, and this man does not care about us.
