It's a built-in subagent defined in Claude Code's system itself. It answers questions about Claude Code CLI, the Agent SDK, and the Claude API. A painter wearing a blindfolded won't paint well. Neither will an LLM that can't check its own work. Once the plan is good, the code is good.
