Oh yes definitely MCP on the app is the way forward, I use the firecrawl Mcp and give it access to a specific folder on my PC, it just COOKS! the best is the firecrawl screenshot it can do, can immediately give me a clients brand colours and brand inspiration for a website rebuild, app etc

Claude Code can parse the whole Internet using Apify actors. And with MCP connectors, you can talk to servers and have your agents perform operations behind paywalls. Example (see the video here): Analyze a YouTube video and write the summary in a Notion page. Another example: Scrape the school calendar and automatically add the events to your Google Calendar. You can do all of this using Claude Code + Apify Skills. Setting this up takes a few seconds: • Open your Apify settings > API & Integrations • Connect your tool (Notion, Google Calendar, ...) • Authorize once Your actors will now have direct read and write access to those services. This creates an almost impossible tradeoff that most companies don’t know how to solve. That’s why I interviewed my friend Alex Rattray (Alex Rattray), the founder and CEO of Stainless. Stainless builds APIs, SDKs, and MCP servers for companies like OpenAI and Anthropic. Alex has spent years mastering how to make software talk to software, and he came on the show to share what he knows.
