Tom Cruise reveals he never reads scripts himself, he has the writers read them to him out loud "What I do with directors and writers is I don't read the scripts, I have them read it to me.” “Because I don't want my ideas to invade it yet. I want to understand what is their communication, they've been working on it, they have things that are just there. So they come to me and I just sit there and I'm like, I want you to read it to me" "And then we get to a place where I start to understand, and I'm like, I know how to contribute to that now. It sparks ideas. I have certain ideas, certain things I'd like to play with, and then I don't necessarily talk about it, I just do it.”

There is still much for me to learn about love, I would like to do so with you. I want to get better for us both, have got shortcomings but I want you to be the one to experience my continued progress towards becoming the finest version of myself.

"Elon Musk is a genius by all accounts. His commitment and his work, like I asked him one time about how does he learn. And the amount of research, the amount of study that he does is unheard of, but he'll always say the most important thing is imagination. You can learn anything that you want to learn. You can study all these things that you have in a book. If you don't have the imagination to take it to another level, it doesn't mean anything. I sat down and spoke with Elon for a couple hours. It was really, really a joy." — Kobe Bryant

This girl REVEALS she dumped her ex right before his 5-month trip to Europe because he REFUSED to marry her 😳👀 “The boat went to Europe for five months, and I wanted to get engaged before he went. And he said No.” “I committed so much to you and you can't commit to just getting at least me a ring before you go for five months?” “I don't want a guy that has to lose me to realize what he has. Why would I want to marry you? I don't want a guy that's not certain.”

Harry about why he chose to do residencies in certain cities on Zane Lowe “I think it makes the show better. I think you can build something that doesn't have to travel every night. I think the show itself is better. I think there's something in this that allows me to like stay in my life while I'm doing it and therefore I think allows me to take care of myself better, which I think makes me better at doing the thing. It's not like I'm saying I'll never travel again, but I want to see what it looks like if you do it a different way. And you know, people in my band have like families now and kids and some aspect of that, too. It's really important to me that they're on the road that I would love to like have them and I don't want to make it like near impossible for them to be able to do that with me.”

Gary Payton says he taught Kobe his secrets because Kobe asked him to teach him, despite knowing he would use that information against him for the rest of his career “Kobe was already different. He was a different kid. I was about 10 or 11 years into the NBA at the time, and Kobe didn’t have a fear of asking anybody how to get better.” “He came by me and was like, ‘Big bro, you be doing this and that. I really want to learn this because of you.’ When he said that, that took something in my heart. A kid with his ability, knowing where he was going, really wanted to learn, and he didn’t have an ego.” “I didn’t mind. I didn’t care about him knowing how to do it and stop it because if he knows it, it makes me better too. Because I gave him the game, now I’ve got to learn how to stop him. I’ve got to show him something else.” “It didn’t really bother me, and me and him got so tight. Especially when I went to the Lakers and was mentoring him, we got really, really tight.”

Mikey Musumeci guarantees he will make his MMA debut this year: “I really want to do this. I’m 30 years old. I don’t have that much time left in my life to compete like this, so I don’t want any what-ifs. I’m loving the MMA training. I’m addicted to it. I want to see how far I can go. I kind of like being the underdog and having to work my way up and being a student of the game again. I love feeling like I’m a white belt again. I have to learn.”

🗣️ Michael Smith ADAMANT that he would never speak to someone to help him with his darts, insisting he won't want them taking any credit for his success "Nathan Aspinall knows how stubborn I am, a lot of the boys do but I do everything myself. I don't want to go and speak to a mental person or whatever. "In the back of my mind, I know they won't do it, but if I won something coming back they'd think I helped him do that. "I don't want anyone to have credit for what I'm doing. It's just me and my family and that is it. I do all the hard work and when I win something it's us and that's it." #Darts

I want to collect pictures and make a photobook someday. If I have a chance, I want to do it. It’s a dream 💛

🚨I asked President Donald J. Trump to respond to GOP lawmakers who say that his EO reclassifying marijuana normalizes drug usage for youth. "I'd let one of the doctors respond to it, because they can do it a lot better than me." "But I can only tell you that when you see polls, 82% of the people want this," he told Daily Signal. "When I have friends that are really, really sick and they've gone through...unfortunately, I don't want to become too involved in it, because I don't want it happening. But these are people that really know what's going to, very smart people."

#YOUNGJAE: "running away is embarrassing, but if it helps, run away anytime." actually, that's a thought we often have when we’re alone, right? like, difficult thoughts or, to put it simply, “i want to quit my job. what do i do?” before going to bed at night, “i want to quit right now, but if i do, what can i even do?” people think about those things a lot, right? i sang this song because i hoped it could bring comfort in those moments. this song also really helped me when i was struggling alone. it has the lyric, “running away is embarrassing, but if it helps, it’s okay” and i really like the lyric that follows it: “you don't have to always face everything head-on to be brave. we are young, and we have tomorrow” that part made me feel like, “this is a song i really want to sing.” it made me want to sing it that much. and i thought it could really be a source of strength for you all too, which is why i recommend it.

Who Doesn’t Want the Iran Deal to Get Done? "When it comes down to this case, we all know Israel doesn't want this deal to get done. 81% of Iranian people don't want this deal to get done. I don't even know if a lot of the Gulf states fully want this deal to get done." "If Trump feels the right thing to do right now is to get this deal done. Because his position is if I have to choose between solving all the problems in the Middle East or the US, I'm gonna choose America first. That's his position, and I respect it."

“I want to take this moment to actually pose this question to Volkanovski: Why do you think I don’t deserve the fight? I just don’t get it. I really want to bring a real fight. He’s mentioned that he wants to go down in his last fight to avoid takedowns, and that’s just not good. This whole fight would have extra meaning for me and for Brazil, because if he wins, he will pass José Aldo—and I really don’t think he’s better than José Aldo. I don’t want to bad-mouth him or anything, but he looks like an old man running around.” Jean Silva issues his challenge to Volkanovski.

“You're not entitled to get what you want. I love you. You're entitled to earn what you're willing to go work for. And that's true in our families, in our parenting, in our marriage, in our companies, in society. If we want it, go earn it. If that's positivity, have positivity. I think and I am a positive person. I am jacked. I am excited. Obviously, you can feel my energy through technology here, I hope. Frankly, think positive people just need to get a lot stronger. I really do. I mean, I don't want to call them weak because people hear that differently but it kind of is. Look, if you want that positivity to stick, you’ve got to get tougher. Not sacrifice your love and your care and your empathy, but you got to get tough. And then we have to figure out how to love the people who are cynical because I don't think there's a ton of bad people in the world and I don't think there's a ton of bad people on teams. But I do think there are people who've been burned out. I do think there are people who have been through things in their lives. They've been through things in their company. They're experiencing stuff somewhere else. For whatever reason, they just kind of got run down and cynical and negative, or whatever. Or they're just wired a little different than we are. And I don't to hate on those people. I want to win those people. They don't have to be like me. They don't have to have my energy. But I want those people on my team. I want to love those people. And if eventually they choose that they don't believe in the same things that I believe in, I want to make it really clear and obvious that they don't want to be on this team because we're not about that. You know what I'm saying? I want it to be very easy, obvious, that, ‘Hey I should not be on this team. Because this team is full of very positive people who have great energy and talk to people, not about them.’ And we solve problems. We don't complain. We don't get defensive. We're real. I recognize I'm imperfect and I'm vulnerable to show you that about me. I want to be on that kind of a team. And if there's somebody who doesn’t believe in that stuff, I want to make it really easy for them to say, ‘Look, I don't want to be on this team. I don't wanna live like you guys live. I don't want do what you guys do.’ And then I really hope that that person leaves us and goes and joins our competitor.”

⭐️: I see a lot of comments like “I don’t want to go to class” or “I don’t want to go to work” and I totally understand that feeling. I felt the same way when I woke up today. I was like, “Ah, I don’t want to go get my hair and makeup done”. Early in the morning I got a KakaoTalk message from a friend saying, “Seonghwa-ssi… I really don’t want to go to work” and since I also got up at dawn to go to work, I said a few words to my friend: “still, we have to get it done”. There’s a phrase I really like. “I can do it! I have to do it! I will get it done!” #SEONGHWA #성화
