Recommend learning to box too. It's probably the martial arts that will most help you if you ever get into an altercation/someone trying to rob you. Can also do it without heavy sparring so it doesn't lead to CTE. Once boxing basics are done, BJJ/wrestling is a good addition. If you can box & wrestle/BJJ you can probably defend yourself easily against 99% of the population (if unarmed).
