No shaking - knees touched easily with feet still pushed together. Almost four minutes so far, still no shaking. 🤷♀️

The hips hold emotional trauma! I haven’t tried this but I did have release in pigeon position on a yoga retreat. The instructor pushed me farther than I would usually go and all of a sudden I was bawling crying and had no idea why. Felt amazing. Highly recommended!

weird after I had my second child…. I got this uncontrollable shaking … right when I gave birth with my legs obviously in that position for some time. It startled me and doc said some women have it due to hormones… which may be the case if course but this made me think of that
