Fedline architecture was built in IBM MQ server and solutions which can be access via VPN which works on TCP/IP. The way I look at FedNow is more like a version of ILP but with exclusivity and both are technology neutral.

Simple Analogy: NBA vs. One Team • The NBA rules + court + system = protocol infrastructure • The Los Angeles Lakers = one company Real-World Example: Internet • TCP/IP = protocol infrastructure • Amazon = one company built on it TCP/IP enables: • Every website • Every app • Every online business Amazon is massive… but it depends on the protocol layer beneath it. Now ask yourself: • Could the Lakers exist without the NBA system? ❌ • Could the NBA exist without the Lakers? ✅ And finally, ask this: Could a bunch of separate blockchain projects work the world over without a neutral interoperability layer? Yes - in the same way that every country could build its own railroad gauge, language, and power plug and still function inside its own borders.
