Clint Curtis alleged in 2000 that representative Tom Feeney had him write software to undetectably alter election results on voting machines. Curtis testified under oath that his program could award a specific candidate 51% of the vote. No accountability. Nothing truly changed.

The Obama administration used a powerful CIA/NSA surveillance program originally built in 2003 to hunt terrorists overseas, but then used it to spy on American citizens, and later expanded the software to alter election outcomes. Just weeks after Obama took office in 2009, the program called "The Hammer (HAMR)" was illegally shifted to a secret CIA facility in Fort Washington, MD, and turned against American citizens for domestic spying, violating the Constitution. Obama, Joe Biden, John Brennan, and James Clapper were directly involved in the illegal operation. Scorecard software was later added, which is a vote-manipulation tool installed on the Hammer system to intercept election data and flip 3% of votes in real time during transmission from voting machines/tabulators. Just another form of election manipulation on top of many others. The system was deployed in the 2012 election and Democratic primaries, and possibly in the 2016 and 2020 election as well. The most interesting part is that electronic vote manipulation goes back to the early 2000s. In October 2000, while working as a computer programmer at Yang Enterprises in Oviedo, Florida, computer programmer Clinton Eugene Curtis was directly approached by Tom Feeney, then Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives and the company's lobbyist, along with the company's corporate attorney to create a prototype program capable of rigging elections. The software was designed to secretly flip votes 51-49 in favor of any chosen candidate or race without being noticed by election officials. Curtis states the program would be completely undetectable by county boards of elections unless someone examined the actual source code or had a verifiable paper trail/receipt to compare against the electronic totals. When Curtis initially provided a report on how to detect and prevent such fraud, including mandatory paper trails and source code reviews, the company owner, Mrs. Yang, rejected it and instructed him to hide the fraud in the source code instead. She reportedly told him it was needed "to control the vote in South Florida." Curtis confirms he wrote the prototype as requested but left the company shortly afterward. He testified that such vote-rigging software is simple to create, hundreds of lines of code at most, and could be inserted into central tabulators or voting systems. During his court testimony on this very program and the fraud in Ohio's 2004 election, based on significant discrepancies between exit polling data and official results in the 2004 Ohio presidential election, plus the known availability of rigging software and lack of protective measures, Curtis stated under oath that the 2004 Ohio election was likely hacked as well. This was just the early days of election rigging software and programs. Obama and his administration continued with their own endeavors as technology progressed, especially with Smartmatic and the use of wireless internet and remote access from anywhere in the world. This has been going on long enough, it's time to end any and all of these election rigging practices and programs and bring back real election integrity. If we don't fix our elections, we will lose this country, and it all starts with holding these people accountable.

Pennsylvania… your elections are rigged. Last night, a special election concluded in Lancaster county Pennsylvania, pulling democrat Malone on top, with a .89% margin victory, with an unknown amount of provisional ballots outstanding That is a big red flag… This was a deep red area, and is the first time a Democrat has held the seat in decades. Democrats are chalking the win up as a call to action for people who are tired of the way Donald Trump is running the country…. That’s bullshit. I refuse to believe that elections with such large voter turnouts are that close… under 1%. Not in a state where Donald Trump won handily with a 15%+ margin, despite all the fraud. I refuse to believe that Americans are that equally divided on radical issues such as defunding the police, illegal immigration, letting rapists, pedos, and murderers free, etc in a deep historically red area. I refuse to believe that democrats ALWAYS start every race out with a 25-30% lead because of mail-in ballots. Mail in ballots along with those damn machines are still a problem.. they flip votes based on an algorithm to keep it close 50-49 or 51-50.. 🔴 Don’t believe it? Here is testimony that it’s been done in Florida. It is naive to think that this great power to control election outcomes was never used again. In 2004, Clinton Eugene Curtis, an American attorney, computer programmer and ex-NASA employee (Speaker of the House of Florida at the time), admits that elections can indeed be fixed & it would go undetectable. Curtis testifies under oath that he rigged computer election results for then Congressman Tom Feeney, the former Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives. - Are there programs that can secretly be used to fix elections? —— Yes. October, 2000, Tom Feeney Former Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives asked me to do it. “It would flip the vote 51-49 to whoever you wanted it to go to.” • How could a secret program be detected? Source Code, receipt & count hard paper against the vote total. If not, you won’t see it. • “You don’t understand, we need to hide the fraud in the source code, not reveal the fraud, to control the vote in South Florida”. • Central tabulators can flip votes. A person with bad code can affect thousands & thousands of votes. A recount will not reveal the fraud between a central tabulator & a tampered machine. The tabulators can tell the machines to switch the results when they are networked together. The full testimony

Declassified NICM on VULNERABILITIES in U.S. 2020 Election Infrastructure. We judge that US adversaries, including at a minimum Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea, as well as nonstate groups, have the capability to compromise US election infrastructure for the 2020 presidential election. We assess that at least Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea have the capability to access and potentially manipulate data in US election-related computer systems. We assess that centralized election-related data repositories, such as voter registration databases, pollbooks, and official election websites, are most vulnerable to exploitation, and adversaries could use access to these systems to disrupt election processes. Systems that tabulate, transmit, or display election results are vulnerable to localized exploitation but would be difficult to manipulate on a wide enough scale to alter the election outcome. Adversary claims of manipulation would be difficult to disprove and could undermine public confidence in election results. We assess that adversaries could most easily exploit centralized election-related data repositories because of their ease of access and comparative lack of security. - Voter Registration Databases. - Pollbooks. - State and Local Election Officials' Websites. We assess that systems designed to tabulate votes, transmit vote amounts, or display election results probably are vulnerable to localized exploitation. Direct recording electronic machines, which record and process votes digitally and store tabulation data in removable memory, are particularly vulnerable to cyber operations, especially machines with no paper backup. Adversaries who obtained physical access to voting machines could alter how they function, manipulate the data in them, or install malware, according to US state and academic investigations. At the 2019 DefCon cyber security conference, hackers demonstrated the ability to compromise more than 100 voting machines, all of which had been certified for use in at least one US voting jurisdiction. Ballot and voting machine preparation is vulnerable to cyber, supply chain, or insider threats. Ballot Preparation. Creating paper or electronic ballots to upload to voting machines is usually outsourced to third-party vendors. Some use Internet-connected computer systems and lack password and encryption policies, which could allow malicious actors to corrupt ballot files. Logic and accuracy tests to ensure the machines function properly before election day, however, probably would detect such activity. Voting Machine Preparation. Voting machines configured at a central location are vulnerable to insider threats. Malware introduced into the voting machines during this phase might affect multiple jurisdictions but also would be detectable during the pre-election testing. These findings cover a small portion of the overall findings, read the full document for full scope and findings.

Professional Computer Programmer Testifies Under Oath That He Coded Computers To Rig Elections In 2006 Our Elections Are So 100% Safe & Secure We Have Sworn Testimony Congressman Have PAID To Have Programs Written To Rig Elections Q&A “What is your profession? I'm a computer programmer. Would you please speak into the microphone so the audience can hear your testimony? I'm a computer programmer. Mr. Curtis, are there programs that can be used to secretly fix elections? Yes. How do you know that would be the case? Because in October of 2000, I wrote a prototype for President Congressman Tom Feeney at the company I worked for in Ovigo, Florida that did just that. And when you say did just that, it would rig an election? It would flip the vote 51-49 to whoever you wanted it to go to and whichever race you wanted to win. Be something that elections officials that might be on county boards of elections could detect? They'd never see it. Mr. Would you answer that question once again? They would never see it. So how would such a such a program a secret program that fixes the election how could it be detected? You would have to view it either in the source code or you'd have to have a receipt and then count the hard paper against the actual vote total. Other than that, you won't see it.” — This is a very long testimony and worth listening to the entire thing. I’m unable to provide a full transcription due to X’s text limits

DOMINION Voting System's machines are so INSECURE, that CISA, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, released a "Security Advisory" on Dominion Voting Systems Democracy Suite ImageCast X because of its EXSTENSIVE VULNERABILITIES. In 2020, Dominion's own released emails confirm and show that their hub in Serbia was accessing Colorado's election machines in real-time and was voting. Why do Serbians have full access to U.S. voting machines and are able to vote? Dominion's own CEO, testified under oath, and LIED about the machines having no modems and not being able to connect to the internet. Their own Dominion Rep was caught at their own sales convention explaining their internet capabilities and the existence of modems and working with ALL major carriers, with access to 3G, and 4G networks with remote access, even in Mongolia. Another incident happened during a court proceeding, in front of a judge, a Dominion machine was hacked, by only using a pen, to gain "Super User Access," in under 2 min, which is Admin level access, with the capability to create unlimited votes. Dominion was engineered to steal elections and was originally Smartmatic which is connected to Hugo Chavez and was originally created Venezuelan elections. They purposely built vulnerabilities into the software so that Hugo Chavez could control the outcome of the vote. The anomalies that the 2020 U.S. election experienced were similar to the same anomalies that did happen in the Venezuelan elections. Dominion and ALL voting machine software, even different "manufacturers" are based off the original code used by Smartmatic. This is a global election fraud cartel and it is operating and stealing elections in over 100+ countries. It's time to shut them down. YT: WolvesandFinance
