Great care was put into manually merging the models of the different areas of Clock Town and Termina Field, as well as modelling missing details, like many of the rooftops, and the terrain for Woodfall. The falling moon was created using a moving platform with the moon model.

The mod was originally created for @Melpontro 's new Knuckles Unleashed stream, and was in development for 12 days. The initial reveal and playthrough can be watched here:

Lighting is everything Recent Sonic games while having higher fidelity assets, suffer from a very flat lighting due to the lack of prebaked global illumination

Everything has come full circle lmao The game that inspired the Unleashed Recomp has been modded into it

And Darío, the person who wrote the renderer for the N64 recomps, is the person who gave me the idea to do this for the stream as well :D
