Big Retailers With Billions of Rupees of capital are growing bigger and bigger while Small Shopkeepers are losing business and many of them have to close down their shops... One thing people need to understand is There are almost 10 Crore people in Small & medium Retail Businesses in India with their family Members also being dependent on These shopkeepers.. If Corporate Retailers continue to capture more and more market share through their capital and Continue to throw these shopkeepers out of business ... Then at one point of time.. again all the responsibility of these people will fall on the government..and basically the Taxpayer's Pockets... Through Welfare schemes and Ladli Behen/bhai Yojnas to help them... So Saving 2-4 ₹ here and there might feel good initially ..but it may cost many of us later....and Yes This can become reality Whether You like it or not.. But Does that Mean We have to completely Abandon these companies and Shop Everything from Shopkeepers......Well That's not possible in reality... But At least People Should Ensure that they can Purchase 50% of their Home Ration from these shopkeepers, at least to keep them surviving in this rabid Capitalist competition and not become dependent on the state and Taxpayer's money.. 💔 PLEASE DON’T JUST FEEL SORRY FOR HER. SHARE HER. Let her story travel beyond the people who already know us—because that is how we find the helping hands that allow us to save the next life. Let’s call her Grace. Our vet believes she is over 25. Years without proper hoof care have left her feet and limbs permanently deformed. The damage is irreversible, and even pain relief may not be enough to give her the comfort she deserves. And Grace is not an exception. Two desperate donkeys arrived just this afternoon. The second is in an even worse condition. This is what I am trying to tell you: I cannot keep saying YES to them alone. We offer working donkeys FREE hoof trimming, FREE veterinary treatment and early care so they can be reached before neglect becomes irreversible. But to keep doing that, we need helping hands—and helping hands cannot find us if these stories never leave our own little circle. I always thought I couldn’t do 100s. 85s felt difficult. I just kept telling myself once these 85s feel easy and I can do more than 8 for 3 sets then I’ll move to 100s. I kept telling myself it was too heavy.. so it was. If you tell yourself you can’t do something, you can’t. It’s ok to be uncomfortable. I’ve learned this so here I was last week stepping out of my comfort zone. I decided to go for 100s last week and hopefully press it a couple of times. I got it 7 times for the first set but I was gassed out and could not do more. Today I did 3 sets both incline and flat press on 100s. Moral of the story: be kind to yourself and believe in yourself. If you don’t, then you won’t. You are your worst enemy at times, but that’s a decision. Decide to be your number one cheerleader, instead.

#SEONGHWA showing his birthday MD 🩶 ⭐️: I brought the real thing. I already uploaded it on Instagram, so some of you may have already seen it but still… this is its case and the ring—no, I mean the necklace (last year’s MD)—I made it to feel like a matching set with that case. This is is how it sits inside the case and outside ‘Seonghwa’ is written in Hanja characters. You can wear it on whichever hand you prefer and also since this is an open ring, it’s adjustable. It’s a bit big for me, but it’s the standard size, was it size 12…? It’s pretty, right? You can wear it comfortably, without any pressure. It’s actually a bit thinner than expected, so I think it’ll be really easy to wear. If you have thin fingers, you can tighten it slightly and wear it—oh, it doesn’t fit me now, maybe I tightened it too much. And for those with thicker fingers, you can also adjust it to fit. This here is a star and this is my birthstone, a diamond.. originally the design I made had two stars. The idea was to symbolize the meeting of two stars—Seonghwa’s star and ATINY’s star. But the design didn’t… look right, so I changed it to my birthstone instead. At first, I considered using topaz since it’s ATINY’s stone, but since there are two other members in the team with the same birthstone, I decided to just go with mine. And this here… do you call it a tray? Yeah, it’s a tray. I feel like I’ve become a jewelry shop owner rather than a food truck owner right now ㅎㅎ Anyway, this is a tray, and.. the quality is really good, I was honestly surprised. It has a bit of weight to it… not enough to work out with, but still, it’s got some. I also incorporated my star symbol into it. The reason I added this tray is so you can place the ring and necklace together like this, as a set. You can put them here when you take them off after wearing them. I thought it would look really nice that way, so I gave it a try. I’m very satisfied! 😊 #성화

While Waymo, Cruise, and others spent billions building robotaxis, custom vehicles, and tightly controlled systems, George Hotz took a very different bet: Do not build a new car. Fix the cars people already own. A small aftermarket device. A few cameras. Better code. And an open-source path the industry did not take seriously enough. That is not just a product story. It is a capital-efficiency story. And maybe an ideological one too. Today, our hearts turn especially to the brave men and women who sacrifice their own holiday to serve and protect us all. Bless our military personnel standing watch away from loved ones. Bless our police officers, ICE agents, firefighters, and first responders patrolling our streets and borders, ready to place themselves in harms way while others celebrate this holy day with family. Watch over and protect them. Bless our doctors, nurses, and medical professionals in hospitals and clinics, caring for the sick. Here in Asia, we are especially affected because of our high dependence on energy and other critical supplies from the Gulf. Some countries in our region are already facing fuel shortages, as you can see from the news. Airlines have cut flights. Factories are reporting delays, and the disruptions will not stop at energy. Fertilizer, food, and other essential inputs will be hit next. We can expect shortages of more items to emerge. Even when the Strait reopens, it will not mean an immediate return to normal. Why? Because ports and energy infrastructure have been damaged, and shipping lanes will need to be cleared of mines. Confidence must be restored that it is safe for ships to sail through, that insurance can be obtained, and that people are prepared to take the risks involved in transiting the Strait. These things do not recover overnight. It will take months, at the very least, before the situation stabilizes. So we should not expect this crisis to end anytime soon. In fact, the pressures are likely to intensify. Supply disruptions will persist and may worsen in the months ahead. Globally, inflation will rise, spreading from energy to food and then to other essentials. Some economies may well slip into recession, and Singapore will feel the impact directly.
