This is what real basketball training looks like. 1) Lifting through full ROM 2) Jumping to Develop the SSC 3) Oly Lifts to Develop Force & Power We do this type of workout in our general prep period when we get our players back after a prolonged period of time off. The circuit is as followed: 1) Snatch From the Hip 2) Clean From The Hip 3) Squat 4) Plyo 5) Press 6) Pull 7) RDL We perform each movement for 6 repetitions with moderate load for up to 2-4 sets depending on their work capacity. The goal is to develop a metabolic base & work on efficient movement patterns before we go into our heavier strength blocks. We will perform this for 3-4 weeks depending on our assessments. OpenAI Dev Day Just kicked off and it was the biggest day for AI since the launch of GPT-4 in April. Here's a 3 minute video with everything you need to know and a full summary: 1. GPT-4 Turbo is released. It is much better than GPT-4, can accept up to 128k characters and is 3x cheaper. The knowledge cut off is now April 2023 2. Text to Speech is also being released. They offer 6 hyper-realistic voice models that are the best I've heard from any other AI t-t-s software on the market. 3. Copyright Shield. OpenAI will actually defend your legal costs if you get sued for copyright infringement using their API! 4. GPTs. Maybe the most exciting IMHO, you can now create custom "GPTs" by training your own model of GPT and selling it on their store. This will create a massive shakeup of the current AI software landscape and is the first step towards autonomous agents.

The 1689 and Scripture disagree: LBCF Chapter 25: Of Marriage, Section 1 Marriage is to be between one man and one woman; neither is it lawful for any man to have more than one wife, nor for any woman to have more than one husband at the same time.[1] [1] Gen 2:24, Mal 2:15, Matt 19:5-6 Joel also completely straw manned at the end, and he doubled down when pressed saying “it was not a strawman” that “it is permissible for a 5 year old boy who has made a credible profession and has been baptized to marry.” Is Joel a pedophile? Scripture and the Reformed faith disagree. It is not lawful, as a 5 year old *boy* is not able with judgement to give consent. They kept appealing to general revelation, except special revelation governs general revelation. I keep seeing this rhetoric that Reform UK dip in the polls is due to the launch of Restore Britain . With all due respect but where are people making up this stuff?? Like where and what are the sources?? 1. Their poll has not dropped. It is up 30. 2. If reforms polls did drop. I doubt restore would have anything to do with it as majority of the country is left Centre and restore has harsher plans to tackle illegal and legal migration. In fact, restores strict migration policies would actually push people towards reform. 3. Majority restore hype is on X. 24% of the UK population is on X (of which % we do not know support restore ) How can less than 24% of the population have the power to dip a party’s polls? 4. Majority of the country is left centre. Just because your algorithm pushes right wing content. It does not mean the country is right wing. There is still have a long way to go to shift the overturn window to the right. 5. The greens filled the left centre gap by appeasing to Islam, socialism, lgbtqism and everything that juxtaposes reform. So if reforms polls did drop… it would not be due to restore. We all want secure attachment. And the best part of our attachment patterns is we can shift them. Through self awareness, practice, and healthy communication. People with secure attachment have 3 core traits: 1. The ability to not take things personally: this gives them space to understand people close to them aren’t attacking them. It also makes it so they can get to self reflection. 2. The ability to self reflect: this is actually more rare than people realize. Those with secure attachment can self reflect. They can ask “is there truth here?” “Is this valid?” If it is, they face it and begin to integrate. Integration is why people with secure attachment patterns tend to grow and evolve more than those with insecure patterns. 3. The ability to be accountable for their impact: if they self reflect and see that someone has a point, they can be accountable. Instead of deflecting or being defensive they can say “I see where you’re coming from” and “I’m sorry and want to do better.” They create a space to have conversations which is why people in their lives feel safe and heard. We all want secure attachment. And the best part of our attachment patterns is we can shift them. Through self awareness, practice, and healthy communication. People with secure attachment have 3 core traits: 1. The ability to not take things personally: this gives them space to understand people close to them aren’t attacking them. It also makes it so they can get to self reflection. 2. The ability to self reflect: this is actually more rare than people realize. Those with secure attachment can self reflect. They can ask “is there truth here?” “Is this valid?” If it is, they face it and begin to integrate. Integration is why people with secure attachment patterns tend to grow and evolve more than those with insecure patterns. 3. The ability to be accountable for their impact: if they self reflect and see that someone has a point, they can be accountable. Instead of deflecting or being defensive they can say “I see where you’re coming from” and “I’m sorry and want to do better.” They create a space to have conversations which is why people in their lives feel safe and heard. There are multiple theories as to why Pakistan has gone to war against Afghanistan; 1. America made the order, to pressure Afghanistan over its refusal to surrender the Bagram airbase, and over its refusal to return war booty. Public files show that Pakistan made the proposal through back channels in the past. 2. America made the order right after Taliban promised to support Iran against a US invasion/occupation. As we know, US is preparing to strike and go to war with Iran. Afghanistan makes it complicated if the leadership does not comply. 3. Pakistani generals made the order to distract the population from multiple insurgencies (BLA, TTP). The idea is, a people will unite if there is an external enemy, so Pakistan needs a “weak” enemy to go to war with in order to unite Pakistanis. 4. Pakistani generals made the order because the Taliban is waging a proxy war against Pakistan through the TTP. This is the theory pushed by the Pakistani “leadership”, but the problem here is, they simultaneously claim that India is using the TTP and BLA to wage a proxy war against Pakistan, yet they haven’t conducted any air strikes in Delhi.
