Everyone knows that the courts are going to force the Whitehouse to return access to CNN, MSNOW and Politico. It has nothing to do with them claiming it violates the 1st Amendment. In reality it is because it violates the 5th for lack of due process. In fact the Judge that is hearing the case is the exact same Trump appointed judge that made the same finding in 2018 when Jim Acosta was stripped of his Press credentials. So this is going to turn into another MSM celebratory circle jerk.

LOL! Jim Acosta is back on MS NOW doing the martyr tour because CNN’s badge beeped red at the gate. They want you to believe a deactivated press pass is the death of the First Amendment. Acosta is out here reliving 2018 like he’s a civil rights hero for interrupting the President and getting told to put the mic down. MS NOW says staffers don’t even know why the ban happened. Then they pivot to polls, Iran, Kennedy Center, and “distraction” because the real story is they lost the clubhouse. Access is not a constitutional right. The White House is not your set. You spent years treating Trump like dirt and the country like idiots. Now the door closed and suddenly you’re Shakespeare, victims, and democracy itself. America didn’t revoke the press. It revoked the free ride. Stay outside and earn it.
