University of Houston coach Kelvin Sampson notes that UH brought in only four transfer portal players for visits this offseason and all four are now Cougars. "Very rarely do we miss on kids anymore," Sampson says talking at a UH Coaches' Caravan event at Lewis Jewelers in Webster. "We brought in four portal kids. Signed them all. We didn't bring in anybody else. "Everybody treats the portal like it's Halloween. 'What else do we get? What else do we get?' "The thing about the portal is I've always been loyal to the kids within the program. You start bringing in all these kids from outside, those kids inside what they should do is transfer. . . "I've always been loyal to the kids that's been loyal to our program."

I’m so happy for coach. UTSA just walked into a million dollar$+ NIL team, with all the resources in the world and beat them. While we are still playing in our high school field with a tenth of their resources and found a way to win. Heck yeah!! This is what it’s all about!

The 'Iron' That Is Added To Cereals To Make Them 'Fortified With Iron' Is Actually Metallic Iron Filings. Elemental Iron Powder Is Added To Cereals Because It Is Cheap & Shelf Stable. These Metal Shavings Are Highly Toxic & Not The Form Of Iron That Humans Absorb & Require. Derived from iron ore, elemental iron powders are economical for producers & do not disturb the flavor or storage properties of the products to which they're added. But the same traits that make them less reactive with foods also decreases their nutritional bioavailability. Absorption rate of elemental iron powder is only 2%. Everything and everyone matters when you’re pursuing greatness and trying to get the most out of players on a team. We are fortunate to have the coaching staff we have. The coaches put in 2-3x the work in preparation as players. I appreciate Coach Tim Walton putting the effort into these moments to create more connection with the young guys. These moments are why these young guys go out and go all out for him. There’s lots that goes into running a team. You need all coaches and players moving in the right direction. All coaches have different styles and techniques to create connection. It’s cool that this is one of them. Ohio State Football

Our students resumed school today. These children are 84 in number. They are all part of ISEE ( scholarship program. They are all from Izzi LGA Ebonyi State. The LGA with the highest out of school children in the South East. Some of them have never attended school before, while some dropped out already due to lack of support. Our mission is to completely eradicate illiteracy in the South East.

There are things that we can do about it, and we don’t, but for some reason as Americans we value something different. It’s sickening, it’s sad for the kids, it’s sad for the kids that have to grow up like this. It’s sad for the kids to walk through the door and not know what’s going to happen. So hearts go out to the lives lost, kids that are hurt, teachers that have to go through this, families that drop their kids off at schools and don’t have their kid come home. Hearts go out to them. The sad thing is we can’t sit here and tell them that help is on the way, because we’re not going to do a damn thing about it”

South Ozone Park, Queens OP: These kids are out of control and the cops are doing nothing. These are kids with knives and guns. The 106th Precinct needs to do something for once. People aren't even safe in their own hom. These are all John Adams [High School] kids trying to break into the building to attack the tenants, because we tell them not to smoke in our building.
