Not trying to be a negative Nancy... Show me the plan when you have one maybe two coaches available and not an entire dedicated basketball only staff with grad assistants. In HS you can have guys doing something.. but they won't be supervised and get the correction they need. The man power difference is a major factor in the scene above.

@bylucaevans He makes millions. I ran grade school practices for free with no standing around, etc. You act like the guy is a Rhodes Scholar. It’s called a practice plan. SMH

@bylucaevans I saw IUPUI women's team doing that a few years ago during a "closed" practice. Wake up dude...high school's been doing that forever.
