Coaching centres have turned out to be poaching centres. They have become black holes for talent in regimented silos. Coaching centres are mushrooming. This is menacing for our youth who are our future. We must address this malice that is worrisomely concerning. We cannot allow our education to be so smeared and tarnished. Money is poured into billboards and advertisements in newspapers. This money comes from those who either take loan or who painstakingly paid to make their future bright. This is not optimal utilisation of money, and these advertisements are alluring but they are eyesores for our civilisational ethos. This is menacing for our youth who are our future. We must address this malice that is worrisomely concerning. We cannot allow our education to be so smeared and tarnished. COACHING HARD A lot of comments on recent videos asked what it means to coach players hard. I think the initial reaction to that we think of a Coach screaming and yelling. I don’t really consider that ‘Coaching Hard’. Coaching hard to me means you are fully invested in the player, want them to succeed, have had conversations with them about it, laid out the standards and expectations for them, then YOU HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE TO THAT. The coaching hard part takes different shapes and forms, it’s not always yelling… but the accountability and care has to be strict, that’s what makes it seem hard to the player
