So the self proclaimed goat went crying to his coach instead of confronting Kobe himself? Was he scared?

That’s the essence of leadership right there. I call it putting out small fires. Most organizations suffer because supervisors, managers, etc refuse to address problems or problem employees. Then it festers and grows and kills morale and efficiency.

All I hear is Kobe ego was so big I had to record his bad shots to prove to him he needed to play different.

Plot twist: When they got to Bejing he still took a ton of bad shots. Luckily Wade didnt miss many.

I believe when Coach K told Kobe he wasn't taking Olympic shots, his light bulb stopped flickering. You are an Olympian. Not street baller, not NBA guy. This is The Olympics! Mindset 📝

Leadership on both Mike's part and Kobe's part. Leaders must be willing to be corrected and taught.
