... yo me pregunto: ¿Existe un Reglamento?, ¿qué es lo que no se está cumpliendo? ¿cómo hacerlo cumplir? ... sería interesante aclarar, de manera de traspasar adecuadamente esa info a la ciudadanía, y que se logre entender bien qué es lo que está pasando en ese lugar
