@VanceE did better. These pullups are esoterically gay. There is no red light attached to the rig.

Decided to give these a try. Felt a pretty good lumbar stretch, will definitely mix these into my routine. Didn't quite know what to do with my feet, do you elevate them or put them on sliders or something?

I push them all the way out to get a good lower back stretch & drag my toes
