There is a feature where ppl don’t have to login to use codex.. You might have that turn on. It should be called use without OpenAI login

This is exactly why routing beats model loyalty. If the fallback is clean and the diff is reviewable, the workflow survives quota roulette. I still would not call any free route infinite.
