I don't think there's a single terminal ux that handles agent swarms well With slate, you can literally use Opus 4.6 and GPT 5.4 at the exact same time But making it intuitive took a ton of work So heres a thread on how it works and how to actually use it 🧵

I think Campsite had some of the most elegant UI on the web, especially for modal dialogs, but it was all React components rendering <div>s inside <div>s. So I stole their design and rebuilt it with semantic HTML and CSS. 😅

Codex + 5.5 + computer use built me an iPhone shortcut to make it easy to use GPT Image 2 on any photo in my camera roll. Then it edited this screen recording with ffmpeg to speed it up so I could share it. Great for making quick UI mocks on my phone. And for lulz.

Codex cooked for 12 hours 19 minutes last night using a /goal 🎉 It added: - Stopwatch (count up) - Clock (with seconds) - Pomodoro - Tabata - Autocomplete Everything worked except the UI interactions around auto-complete (Codex GPT-5.5 is still not great at UI, but even Claude Opus 4.8 Ultracode struggled here). Overall, I'm really happy with the results. These are features that I've wanted for a while, and getting them close to release is awesome.

They can flow out of this at the end when it glows red so end the combo a bit earlier but i swore it worked in the last test. 5AA > 5B > 2C xx 236B > 5AA > 5B > 2C > 2F~B > j6F > jAB > j2F > 5AA > 5B > 2C xx 214C > 2F > 5AA > 5B > 2C > 214A > Super F = Flow

After a weekend of testing and working on something with GPT-5.3-Codex & Opus 4.6, ChatGPT Pro + Claude Max 5x are still the best combo in my opinion Using Codex & Claude Code CLI running in tmux (the desktop apps are still a bit buggy) and they're accessible even on the go from iPhone with Termius (and VPN) Usually starting with GPT-5.3-Codex xhigh and Opus 4.6 in plan mode, discussing changes and options, and each writing their plans down to separate Markdown files Then letting GPT-5.3-Codex xhigh (or Opus 4.6) implement the changes as the first draft, then Opus 4.6 reviews them with a team of agents (works pretty well already with tmux even though still experimental) based on both prepared plans, fixes stuff, and then another review by GPT-5.3-Codex xhigh or vice versa Interesting that even Opus 4.6 still occasionally makes silly mistakes like wrong imports, partial or overly broad renaming of variables/functions, etc Fun fact, OpenAI apparently plans to use their Super Bowl ad to promote Codex - curious what that will look like

I stole everybody's lead magnets and put them together so you can be lazy and not have to do them anymore of those -> "comment X and I'll send you BLAH BLAH BLAH" If you want it... retweet and reply "gimme" so I can funnel you lmfao

Opus 4.6 vs GPT 5.4 (High) (1/9) prompt: Build a single-file HTML/CSS/JS (no libs) demo that uses SVG to simulate a plant growing: stem extends, leaves sprout + unfurl with springy/windy “physics”, then seamlessly loops forever. For the initial impressions I'm really impressed by GPT, for speed they both felt about the same, but gpt was still half cheaper than opus. I also much prefer the design and animation that gpt produced, physics on the leaves are super cool and it also loops pretty nicely whilst opus just fades out the plant. Still got a bunch of tests to run but this is really exciting.

Opus 4.6 vs GPT-5.4 (4/9) prompt: Build a production-quality 3D flight-tracking web app using React + Vite + Three.js (react-three-fiber + drei) that visualizes live OpenSky aircraft data on a rotatable 3D Earth, with real-time plane motion, smooth interpolation, altitude-accurate positioning, and polished lighting/post-processing. Both models did really well on this one and honestly I’m impressed with both. GPT-5.4 had the nicer post-processing out of the box. I really liked the subtle light shimmer on the airplanes when rotating the planet, and the camera work when clicking a plane felt better overall. Opus 4.6 though had a few details I liked more. It automatically went and found a much nicer Earth texture on GitHub, while with GPT-5.4 I had to reprompt it to go look for a better one. I also preferred Opus’s plane model overall, it just looked more polished, whereas GPT-5.4’s plane asset looked a bit funny. One thing I noticed with GPT-5.4 is that when you click into the plane, the camera sometimes clips through the planet, which breaks the effect a bit. Opus handled that part more cleanly. Overall this felt like a strong result from both, just with different strengths. GPT-5.4 felt better on presentation and post-processing, while Opus had better asset choices and a more premium-looking Earth/plane combo.

⚠️GAME-BREAKING BUG⚠️ If u switch heroes at the last second, u get the zipline boost from the start of the game and can use it whenever, so even if u die at minute 2, u can just zipline boost straight back to lane.

Updated the subagents system in my custom Pi extension to include: - Pi subagents - Codex subagents - Claude Code subagents The Pi thread can call and spin up any of them, and instead of just using the "codex exec" or whatever, it'll do a tool call that wraps it up in a first class way. Have a decent UI for them already added in as well. Pi being the main thread then having Codex/Claude Code as tools when needed feels so good. A flow I'm already using a ton is: "Implement feature ___, have a cc fable subagent research and plan out the api design + feature, then have a codex subagent implement it, then have a cc fable subagent do a review/fixes focused on simplicity and correctness" I also have a dynamic workflows extension setup and working, but it's not nearly as polished yet. Probably gonna make the subagent system more robust, then built it around that so u could have a workflow that flows between codex/cc/pi...

This is one of the games made with GPT-6 Astra that I found on Combos Fun. I’ve put the playable link below. For anyone building games in Codex, there’s another useful part here: getting your game online and finding people to play it. Combos CLI lets you publish from Codex to Combos, share a link with friends, and put your game in a community where others can discover and play it. You can use image and audio models through the same account too.

UI/UX Designers, you can now generate stunning 3D mockup images and videos without relying on Figma plugins. I found this amazing tool called ContentCore, It quickly generate high-quality 3D device mockups (images and video animations) to showcase your UI designs, with zero design hassle. Bookmark it for later 💜

claude opus 4.7 just dropped so i automated my ENTIRE cold email system that books 80 calls/month just put together 30 pages on the full AI playbook - AI writes my scripts (better than i can) - AI researches and personalizes leads - AI replies to interested leads 24/7 - AI optimizes campaigns from the data - every prompt i use for everything this wouldve saved me 2 years of trial and error like + comment "OPUS" and i'll send it over (must follow + RT for priority access)

Today Meta released "Code Llama", a large language model fine-tuned for coding tasks. It's publicly available and can be used for commercial use! It outperforms GPT 3.5 and you can even run it locally on your Macbook using Ollama.

if you use Codex and you're stuck on GPT models only, this fixes that. it's called codex-router, open source. drops other models straight into your normal Codex picker, right next to the GPT ones you already have. what it adds: - Grok, Kimi, Deepseek, Claude, all in the same picker - oauth login per provider, no api key needed - your GPT models and Chatgpt login stay untouched setup: point Codex at the repo, let it read the readme, it installs itself one snag: if you've got the Chatgpt app and a separate Codex on your path, you can end up running two different Codex versions, and the older one can choke on newer config it doesn't recognize. if the install looks off after, that's probably why, reinstall clean.

GPT-5.6 Sol is unbelievably good at creating and editing videos. It can do motion design, product demos, and animations like this one I made by simply giving it a screen recording. GPT 5.6 has the best design taste and significantly outperforms Fable, which relies heavily on repetitive design patterns. To help you experiment with video editing on it, we just launched a collection of 100 ready-to-use skills that show what’s possible and help you get started with video editing using GPT-5.6. These skills can create anything from motion graphics launch videos for your product to a 3B1B-style science explainer video. You can also use them to edit existing videos: add captions, generate motion graphics, create voiceovers, redesign visual styles, translate into new languages, and much more. If you want access to the full library, comment “VIDEO SKILLS” and I’ll share it with you. (You'll have to follow me so I can DM you.)
