I mean she has a point. Eventually after learning and seeing enough and listening to the none sense that’s gets passed off as important you just shut down from people. Sometimes I root for the Globalist Lizard Overlords simply because I see how brain-rotted the average person is, and conclude that maybe we do need a reset. We can’t win if all the stupid people are on our team, you feel me?

I believe what she is saying. Soldiers quit talking after a few months of being deployed. After 8 or 9 months, I found talking exhausting. It really is amazing what the brain will do to survive. You become hyper aware of every emotion around you and it requires no thought. We need to help our soldiers.

Remember COVID. Not just the lockdowns and the mandates — but the mental warfare. The non-stop headlines. The contradictory rules. The shifting narratives, day after day. That was cognitive overload by design. Remember the legacy media during the pandemic. They didn’t inform — they inundated. They didn’t clarify — they confused. Fear was the fuel. Chaos was the strategy. Flood the senses. Fragment attention. Disable discernment. In the fog, control feels like comfort. Remember the recent tactics of the Democrats — the radical left. The social flashpoints. The engineered outrage. The cultural whiplash. One crisis bleeds into the next. Identity, race, gender, borders, climate — each weaponized to exhaust your cognitive bandwidth. Because a mind in survival mode is easy to steer. This isn’t incompetence. It’s a playbook. Cognitive overload isn’t accidental. It’s how empires are built in the ruins of mental sovereignty. The battlefield is not out there. It’s your mind. Your memory. Your meaning. And the only way to win — is to remember who you were before the noise. Cognitive overload isn’t just a side effect of the digital age — it’s a strategic mechanism of control. In a world of infinite scrolls, constant alerts, and algorithmic saturation, the human nervous system is being pushed beyond its evolutionary design. We were not built to process thousands of micro-decisions per hour, nor to track an endless stream of fragmented information. And yet, that’s exactly where we’ve been placed — not by accident, but by design. Why? Because a mind overwhelmed is a mind made malleable. When you flood perception, you fracture focus. You sever the thread of coherent thought. The goal is not merely distraction — it’s disintegration. Disintegration of attention. Of memory. Of discernment. Because a fractured mind cannot resist. It cannot question. It cannot defend itself from suggestion. It can only absorb — reactively, unconsciously. And when the human mind is desperate for coherence, it reaches for patterns — any patterns. This is where the trap tightens. Pattern recognition is one of the deepest faculties of consciousness. It is how we derive meaning, make predictions, and build identity. But under cognitive siege, it becomes corrupted. We begin seeing connections where none exist — or worse, seeing real patterns but through a distorted lens. Paranoia replaces perception. Reaction replaces revelation. And in that confusion, narrative engineers move freely. Enter DARPA — not as mere observer, but as architect. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency has long studied not just how the brain functions, but how it breaks. From the early MK-Ultra experiments to modern research into brain-computer interfaces, synthetic telepathy, and cognitive warfare, the goal is clear: Control the mind, and you control the map. Their interest isn’t simply in knowing what you think — it’s in shaping what you’re capable of thinking. Through surveillance, social simulation, and psychographic manipulation, DARPA and its tech tentacles have turned the human psyche into a battlefield of influence. And platforms like Facebook — born from the ashes of LifeLog — became the test arenas. What we’re witnessing is the gamification of human cognition. Thoughts are now terrain. Perception is property. Belief is programmable. And in this invisible war, your clarity is resistance. Your silence — when strategic — is a shield. And your attention? It is the last sacred currency. The battle for the soul doesn’t begin with bullets — it begins with bandwidth. cc @RealAlexJones @TuckerCarlson @MikeBenzCyber @joeroganhq

Gets to the point where you don't give a shit &have no drive, becoming reclusive. It's not the end of the world. If anything it's time to reprogram/enter new true reality & not the one forced on us. It's not exactly easy& many struggle with transition between false/true reality.

That's why some folks learn different ways to slow down their brain. Some use alcohol, some use illicit drugs, and some find other ways.

Once you see the matrix you cannot unsee the matrix. It makes having to go through life in the matrix very difficult. Example, all democrats are non-value conversations because they refuse to use logic and truth. Don't argue with a brick wall.
