College sports are being pulled apart by transfer chaos, constant litigation, shady NIL deals, disappearing rivalries, and a broken system that is leaving student athletes, schools, and fans without clear rules or real protections. With the majority of funds going towards the high payouts of popular men’s sports, there’s less room for women’s programs to grow. The Protect College Sports Act helps shrink the gap—generating dedicated revenue to women’s programs, preventing the elimination of sports, and protecting scholarships and academics.
