Do not react to hooting, insults, rude gestures or aggressive driving, and avoid making eye contact with an angry driver. These kids were riding their e-bikes in the neighborhood in the streets. The neighbors called the cops because they were doing some unsafe tricks and swarming around cars causing a dangerous situation where someone could possibly hit them. First time the officer gave him a warning, he defiantly and falsely claimed it was street legal and then proceeded to do a stunt in front of the officer before riding off. The officers ending up confiscating and impounding the bike after he wouldn’t listen. His friends posted this video because they seem to be so proud to be delinquents. At this point with so many issues with kids and e-bikes, should impounding them be the first thing done without warning or should they start giving out huge fines to the parents?

If you are a new user getting into prediction markets, "sizing" is one of the last things you should be worried about. Instead, just start extremely small and first see if you are even able to be profitable over a couple weeks. Things like "Kelly Criterion" operate under the assumption that you can accurately give a fair value of something - which you likely can't in the beginning (and maybe never will). I still make mistakes/misclicks where I delete $1k or $2k in an instant - you will likely make even more mistakes as a new user so its much better for this to be $1 or $5. Once you have proven to yourself that you can consistently be profitable and built a small bankroll, then you can start to worry or think more strategically about sizing etc.

This woman stands in the doorway of the metro train. By doing so she prevents the door from closing and the train from moving on. Obviously the other riders are losing patience with this woman. Is she confused? Maybe there is something wrong with her? One rider tries to push her shopping bags out of the way of the door so that it can close, but the door opens again and the whole scenario plays out once more. Is this a person in crisis, or is this someone trying to created a scam where someone gets mad enough to push her out of the way, and she then can sue them for making her fall? Something seems off about this woman, what do you think is really happening here?

Community members were told Border Patrol had just taken six people from a Chula Vista mall parking lot… and when they went to the parking lot, they found an unattended vehicle with a dog still trapped inside. Even in mid-70 degree weather, a locked car can become dangerous fast. Temperatures inside can rise quickly, turning a situation life-threatening in minutes, not hours. So, what exactly is the standard here? Because if an operation is moving fast enough to detain multiple people, but not careful enough to ensure an animal isn’t left behind in a sealed vehicle, that’s negligence. And the bigger question isn’t just what happened in one parking lot… It’s how often this is happening during ICE/Border Patrol operations that move through communities and take people without warning. How many animals are being left in cars, inside homes, or even on the street in the process?

A dispute over closing the door of a Mumbai local train during heavy rain turned deadly late Monday night when a 22-year-old passenger was allegedly stabbed to death by a fellow commuter inside a first-class coach, police said. The incident took place aboard the Churchgate-Nallasopara Fast Local between Andheri and Borivali stations. The victim, identified as Mayank Ramesh Lohar, and the accused had boarded the first-class coach at Andheri and were travelling in the same compartment when a dispute reportedly broke out over whether the train door should be kept open or shut amid the downpour. According to the Government Railway Police (GRP), the argument soon turned violent, with the accused allegedly pulling out a knife and stabbing Lohar in the abdomen inside the moving train. The attack left the 22-year-old critically injured. As the train approached Borivali station around 11 pm, the accused allegedly jumped off before it came to a complete halt at Platform No. 6 and fled the scene. The train arrived at Borivali station at 11.04 pm, following which Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel, GRP officials and medical teams rushed to the coach. Lohar was taken out of the compartment and shifted for emergency treatment. Doctors examined him at the station's Emergency Medical Room at around 11.22 pm and declared him dead. His body was later shifted to Shatabdi Hospital in Kandivali for further legal procedures. Borivali GRP has registered a case and launched a search operation to trace the accused, whose identity is yet to be established. Officials said CCTV footage and other evidence from the station and train were secured immediately and handed over to investigating agencies. Senior Western Railway officials also reached Borivali station after the incident and reviewed the response and security arrangements. Bragging rights aside, 5.13 is also a uniquely good benchmark for all-around fitness. Here’s the thing: You can be a good runner or cyclist and still be unfit. In fact, imbalance is rewarded. Ryan Hall said he was the least healthy he’d ever been when he became the first American to break one hour in the half marathon. Likewise, you can lift big numbers and look ripped but still be unfit. But if you can climb 5.13, you are by definition fit because it demands: —Strength —Endurance —Power —Coordination —Mobility —Balance It’s the reason highly varied, functional sports like climbing, surfing, and jiu-jitsu are the best way to get fit.
