#BREKINGNEWS Darawish Forces of the Northeastern Government Arrive in Fiqifuliye The Darawish Forces of the Northeastern Government of Somalia have arrived in the temporary capital of the Sanaag region, Fiqifuliye. The troops advanced from their previous bases located in the areas of Arboogeeys and Taleh. Fiqifuliye, which serves as the temporary administrative capital of the Sanaag region, lies approximately 50 kilometers from the city of Ceerigaabo. The people of Awdal are the rightful owners of their land and will not allow Israel or any of its allied forces to enter their territory. The President of Somaliland Cabdiraxmaan Cirro: "If the unity of Somalia is required, then Djibouti must join Somalia. It was part of it. The Somali state of Ethiopia was part of Somalia. The NFD, the Northeastern Kenya, was part of #Somalia. If the word 'unity' means Somalis uniting, then they have to join all Somalis. Why? It makes an exception, a unity between Somalia and Somaliland. I think that's not right.

Speaking at a weekly press briefing in #Ankara, Aktürk said Turkish support is focused on strengthening security and stability in Somalia. He noted that Turkey is providing assistance to protect drilling activities and the “Spaceport and Test Firing Range” under construction, as well as supporting counter-terrorism operations carried out by the Somali National Army. Aktürk said the Turkish Armed Forces will maintain a strong deterrent presence through ongoing support and deployments in Somalia. Naval elements operating in the Gulf of Aden, off the Somali coast and in the Arabian Sea have conducted port visits to #Mogadishu.
