Bullshit , Spreading news to create hype and selling new shares in market to dilute smaller share holders. Looks like Scam

A couple things, two people, two legacies. 1) Founder of SMLR (2007), Dr. Herbert J. Semler, fascinating guy. Medical Patents. The son in June: "Yeah, Dad, I will keep your legacy alive with the unmet medical needs, and I believe Bitcoin will get us to your ultimate vision." The son now, after Herbert died in July 2025? Better? Will Strive really advance diagnostics so desperately needed? 2) I have watched @natbrunell grow out of nowhere, I recognized her talent in seconds (along with @carlabitcoin .) She finally gets some traction with SMLR, please tell me Strive sees and will reward her talent in this 'deal'?

Is the dream you all are chasing one where all the shareholders end up ruined? You are truly incompetent

I am sure this is an effective way to increase shareholder value, the question is which shareholders do you refer to?

I'm confident that @strive and @ColeMacro as a respecful person and acting CEO are respecting and valuing their shareholders and for that, they will come out and publicly tell us everything. Here, I'll start with the questions.

WOW!! WISH ASST SHARE PRICE REFLECTED HOW “GREAT” THIS IS!! Scam artists running this fucking company. I hope Bitcoin tanks and you all file for bankruptcy. If only you valued shareholders as much as your own personal interests. GFY

ASST's big sell: "We're safeguarding shareholders by hoarding Bitcoin for the long haul." Total crap—it's a wolf in sheep's clothing, a system primed for endless dilution that could wipe out billions in value with zero warning or visibility. Picture this: seven active shelf registrations sitting there like loaded guns, each one an unlimited pipeline to spew out shares—tens of millions already dumped since IPO, no hard caps, no daily/weekly disclosures, just vague 8-K whispers and footnote fine print you need a forensic accountant to decode. Leveraging "emerging growth company" status, they skip full SOX audits, dodge detailed segment reporting, and bury pro forma balance sheets that'd show the real bleed. They could theoretically flood the market with billions more shares overnight—funding whatever "strategic" whims strike the fancy (hello, $60M "innovation" slush fund for insiders)—cratering your BTC-per-share from 0.0011 to 0.00077 (that's a 30% gutting in months) without you seeing it coming. No impairment tests on that $175M med-tech bolt-on? Just opacity letting zombie ops drain your crypto stack unseen. And who do they "protect"? Not you, retail suckers holding the bag—they're teeing it up for institutions and VCs to swoop in on the chaos, front-running the fire sales while your portfolio tanks. This isn't stewardship; it's a retail slaughter disguised as growth. Force the SEC or a vote to cap it—before they dilute you into irrelevance.

SMLR shareholders look to be losing about 1/3 of the BTC value per share based on the exchange rate. And Eric Semler agreed to a $45 break up fee. He panicked.
