US telecom giant Comcast, which owns Sky, has announced a £1.6 billion takeover of ITV's broadcasting and streaming services in a deal which would create the UK's biggest commercial TV broadcaster. Sky CEO Dana Strong said it was a "defining moment for British media" and urged the regulators to approve it. The owner of Sky News will get half of ITV's 40% stake in ITN, which makes this programme as well as ITV News, Good Morning Britain and Channel 5 News.

This is a great example of how very different birds are. The Osprey comes gliding in and crashes into the water somewhat violently, and then sinks its talons into its prey, rips it from the water, and carries it off on its final journey. The Great Egret on the other hand is all about patiently waiting for the perfect moment to pluck a fish from the water. Even with the Osprey crashing into the water right next to it, the egret doesn’t even budge or blink. What a contrasting comparison!
