The issue with Biden's pardons isn’t necessarily autopen. Did Biden authorize these pardons or not? Staff cannot forge the president’s power. A President cannot autopen pardons and executive orders in the dark. If Biden did not authorize these pardons, then they are invalid. Test the pardon in court and force the truth.
