How do we even get to that level of D/s? Since I joined Cognition I've been obsessed with learning how our eng team uses Devin themselves If we are building the best coding agent + we have the most cracked engineers + we've been fully AI-pilled from day one... it stands to reason that there is a lot to learn by just watching our technical staff work And yes there are a lot of tips & tricks. I recorded a video talking about my favorite... Agent Fan Out - asking your agent to break down the problem, spin up 10 more agents in parallel, and combine their results This is something I've seen everyone do - from our model research team spinning up 100 Devins to examine eval logs - or our product team using 5 child Devins to try out 5 different alternative implementations of the same thing If engineering is cheap and easy, why not build the product 10 times and choose the best one? Think of it in a master/slave context: Master Devin -> 10 Slave Devins -> Master Devin pulls their results There are two reasons this is useful 1. Agents are smartest when their context is small and their task is small & precise. Context windows are finite and too much becomes distracting 2. Agents are good at helping you break a large problem into independent & parallelizable chunks of work Every Devin is its own VM/computer so this also is just a great way to move faster. I've done a migration from React Native to Swift by having Devin break it up into 6 pieces then spin up new Devins to work in parallel In the video I build a greenfield project and try my best to show off this agent fan out concept. I also threw in a few other tricks that I've seen my coworkers do: - Let Devin write its own prompts (especially for creating child Devins). It's way better than us humans - Do tons of things at once. You should be absolutely frying your attention span. Your job should just be babysitting 38 different Devins - Don't be a blocker. Before letting the agent work I make sure to tell it to ask me any questions that would fill in ambiguities. Give your agent all the information it needs (and then some more) so that it can just cook without stopping to ask you questions every few minutes - Let Devin test itself. Integration sanity tests are pretty much solved Hope this is useful!!

エアマスター リョナ 相川摩季＆崎山香織 vs 乾カイ＆三尾ミオ なんて激しいタッグマッチ…！😵 あの金属イスのシーンは本当にヤバかったですね 😆 今までは1986年のOVA『ウォナビーズ (Wanna Be’s)』が一番バイオレンスな女子プロレスアニメだと思っていましたが、 『エアマスター』もかなりいい勝負しているかもしれません 😂 それにしても香織は試合中ずっと気絶させられていて、全然休む暇がないですね 😆 このシーンは自分が初めて見た『エアマスター』の場面の一つなので、 できるだけ画質を上げてみました 👍 うまくいっているといいですが！ ──────────────────── Air Master ryona Maki & Kaori vs Kai & Mio What a brutal tag team wrestling match! 😵 That metal chair sequence was brutal af 😆 I always thought the Wanna Be’s 1986 OVA was the most violent anime wrestling work, but Air Master might be giving it a run for its money😂 I also like how Kaori keeps getting knocked out throughout the match. She can never catch a break 😆 This was one of the first Air Master scenes I ever saw, so I tried my best to increase the quality of the footage 👍 Hope it worked out!

An Open Letter to Governor Alex Otti Alex Otti Dear Sir, I just want to say thank you. Last Thursday, I traveled home to Arochukwu after work in Enugu just to spend the May 1 public holiday the next day. For many people, that might not sound like a big deal. But for those of us from Arochukwu, it is something we haven’t been able to do for years, making a short trip to Arochukwu just for leisure?? You must be an indaboski!!! Before now, traveling home was something we avoided, even during festive periods like Christmas. The road was simply too bad that those of us who dare travel will go from Umuahia to Akwaibom then to Arochukwu. It made journeys stressful, long, and sometimes even risky. Personally, it has been about four years since I last made a trip home. But this time was different. The road from Umuahia to Arochukwu is now smooth, dualized, and truly motorable. People now leave Umuahia by 7 pm and get to Arochukwu by 8 pm. That’s something we couldn’t have imagined not too long ago. People are traveling again. There’s movement, there’s ease, and there’s joy. And for that, I am deeply grateful. This is not just about a road. It is about reconnecting people to their homes, restoring a sense of normalcy, and giving us back something we had almost lost, the freedom to travel without fear or frustration. I am speaking for myself, but I know I am not alone. Many of us from Arochukwu see this, feel this, and appreciate it. We know where we are coming from. We understand that Abia State still has a long way to go after many years without real development. But these steps you are taking, even if they seem small to some, mean a lot to us. They give us hope. We believe you can do even more. We trust that you will continue to work towards rebuilding our state and positioning Abia where it truly belongs. 本日、VOCALOID鏡音リンの楽曲「炉心融解」初版（2008年12月20日）公開から丸17年となりました。きっと、どんな作品も完成した瞬間に終わるのではなく、誰かに受け取られた場所で、別の時間を生き始めるのだと思います。また、今年もさまざまな形で作品への愛を注いでくださった皆さま、本当にありがとうございます。これからも、名付けきれない「なにか」の傍らに寄り添える作品であり続けられますように。 Today marks the 17th anniversary of the original release of the VOCALOID Kagamine Rin song "Meltdown" on December 20, 2008. I believe that a work does not truly end at the moment it is completed. Rather, it begins to live another kind of time wherever it is received by someone. Once again this year, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who has continued to pour their love into this piece in so many different forms. May it continue to remain a work that quietly stays beside that unnamed "something" within us.
