Over the course of the last year I’ve dedicated my time, my influence & my platforms to create initiatives with a view to help people that are struggling. Men And Their Emotions is a Facebook group for men and my Menace To Sobriety is dedicated to people struggling with addiction. In view of today being world suicide prevention day the last two episodes of my podcast are focused on suicide. #WorldSuicidePreventionDay
