In my opinion, if government needs reservation they should start scholarship schemes for meritorious students irrespective of their caste. Caste certificate should be discouraged.

Abhi har exam mein ye he ho raha hai. Reserved seats bhi reserved category walo ki, and Ur seat pe bhi 99% Reservation wale le rahe hai. Koi bhi Rajasthan ki competition examination ka result dekh lo. Gen tho kewal name de rakha hai. Ur wala sc/st/obc ki seat pe nahi jaa sakta.

Merit seats are filled first based purely on scores All SC/ST/OBCs with merit get in too. Reserved seats are allotted thereafter to only SC/ST/OBC This sequence excludes GCs. Instead if reserved seats are filled first & merit seats later, it will not exclude GCs so vehemently

Adv: my candidate got better marks, she should be selected on general seat. Meanwhile General candidate is loosing seats from years after scoring better marks.

Candidates from SC, ST, OBC who submit their examination applications with their caste certificate to be considered only in reservation quota and not in general category. High time this reservation system should be reevaluated

If this is the Judge's logic. Then reservation should be increased according to the population. The general category should only get general seats. Then why general seats 50%? Are they 50% of the population? If now you say merit. Then why not sc st merit allowed in general seats?

General category is not reserved for anyone. It is open and reshuffling should happen to transfer the candidate. Reservation is to prevent the castiesm of Hindu Religions

First of all it’s not general category but unreserved Category. And anyone who have cutoff can be in unreserved categories
