Advocate Sello is also like that. 😅❤️ She lists a whole 10 points for Colonel Jacob, without looking at her notes, just fluently, one reason after another, that led her to a conclusion that the investigation entries entered... in his diary, which was after the fact, something they only picked up now when he came to testify, was part of a scheme to give an expression that there was a real investigation, when in fact there was no investigation at all. What I have observed is that the NPA tends to use some of these notes to frame the charges in the criminal case. I think the narrative has been that he was just an innocent protester or some sort of an observer. It's obvious he was part of some organized effort to show up where federal law enforcement was and engage in some way, whether that engagement was recording or blowing whistles or whatever, or in the video's case, kicking in the taillight of a car, he was obviously there to do something. That doesn't supersede the need to have an investigation of the shooting. I support an investigation of the shooting. I will say, I think the investigation needs to be holistic and I care more about just the shooting. I care about where did Alex Pretti come from, what part of what group was he in? Was he part of any kind of a training organization? I mean, I think what's going on in Minneapolis is more than just random people showing up to protest, I believe, and there's lots of evidence about this, that there are well organized, well trained and well-funded agitators who are showing up with the purpose of provoking these kinds of incidents so that they can then create the narrative that somehow ICE is out of control."

What we have been told is that there were some national security issues and cyber issues in respect of some different companies with whom Vikrant may have had some dealings... His wife was trying to find out what exactly had happened... She got in contact with the Ministry of External Affairs; everything was explained to them; Vikrant was given counsellor access; and thereafter, it was said that there are some investigations going on in respect of the case against different people, and during that investigation, it would be necessary for Vikrant to be there... Celina was the one whom she contacted first when she got to know about this, and she did not, at that point in time, come forward in any manner to help—at least, any visible help did not come from them. The case happened on the 6th of September 2023... She followed the protocol... and went about the case the way she was advised... She decided to wait for the case to get over... While Charul was never informed by Celina that she had decided to take any legal recourse in this matter, it would have been better if she had consulted Charul and discussed that this is what she was going to do about this. Charul would have come forward, and they could have taken steps that were in the best interest of Vikrant... The reason for filing the case is that if this was something that was motivated by her genuine concern for her brother, she should have consulted us... But to say that she is not being given information or that his wife is not giving her information, we actually strongly rebut because there are absolutely no such reasons. Charul was going to everybody whom she had a hope would be able to help Vikrant... Woman outgrows dysphoria and struggles now with the grief over the fact that no one was able to help her in a way that didn't require she change. She's not yet named that anger and is still in a denial mode where she does not regret the permanent changes in the absence of the reason for them. I also used to say I didn't regret it and merely outgrew it, but eventually the warm glow of reclaiming your womanhood has to be seen alongside the fact that the cure I was sold was supposed to be the only answer, when time was also a cure because some do grow out of it. They told me it was permanent when it wasn't ever proven to be so. Now we know we could have waited for it to resolve, and now one must question, did the hormones actually delay that maturation process by which we outgrew dysphoria?

[VIDEO] Simbarashe was jailed 9 years for a crime he didn’t commit. Simbarashe Chadiwa, was nine years ago sentenced to 18 years in jail for allegedly raping a 10-year-old girl. The alleged victim named Rosey, who is now 18, has exonerated Simbarashe saying the confession was triggered by a series of casualties that befell her and her family. She is quoted as saying: That man never raped me but I was under so much pressure that I ended up wrongly implicating him. That action has been haunting me daily such that I can no longer live with the fact that there is someone out there who is suffering for a crime that he never committed in the first place. A lot of misfortunes are also happening at our home, which makes me suspect it has to do with the grief on the part of Simbarashe, hence my decision to come clean. It is alleged that Simbarashe who was about 21 years old and his friend visited the girl’s homestead, where the latter intended to see the family maid, who was his lover. [VIDEO] Simbarashe was jailed 9 years for a crime he didn’t commit. Simbarashe Chadiwa, was nine years ago sentenced to 18 years in jail for allegedly raping a 10-year-old girl. The alleged victim named Rosey, who is now 18, has exonerated Simbarashe saying the confession was triggered by a series of casualties that befell her and her family. She is quoted as saying: That man never raped me but I was under so much pressure that I ended up wrongly implicating him. That action has been haunting me daily such that I can no longer live with the fact that there is someone out there who is suffering for a crime that he never committed in the first place. A lot of misfortunes are also happening at our home, which makes me suspect it has to do with the grief on the part of Simbarashe, hence my decision to come clean. It is alleged that Simbarashe who was about 21 years old and his friend visited the girl’s homestead, where the latter intended to see the family maid, who was his lover. Both SBS&MBC reported today! 🗣It has been confirmed that an ROk army female nurse officer in her 20s is under investigation for unauthorized visit to the military base where BTS member Jin(real name is Kim Seokjin) is stationed to serve. According to a military official, a legal investigation is in progress after the division audit of the nurse officer in question was conducted. It was explained they are laser-focusing on her leaving the duty station w/o reporting. But they clarified that the legal investigation is a fact-finding stage, and thus, no specific charges will be pressed as of yet It was belatedly found that a nurse officer Lieutenant from a different army base, made an unauthorized visit to Jin’s 5th Division Training Center back in Jan. According to Article 79 of the Military Criminal Code, unauthorized absence from the duty station without reporting to superiors may lead to imprisonment or detention for up to 1 yr.
