Operators of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces have struck a Russian "Zhitel" electronic warfare station in Luhansk region. The R-330Zh "Zhitel" electronic warfare jamming communication station is an extremely rare and high-value target. Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion, the destruction of only 23 such enemy systems has been visually confirmed. The "Zhitel" is a complex, multifunctional system. According to its technical specifications, it can jam ground radio communications at distances of up to 25 km and airborne communications at up to 50 km. We have developed boats that carry other drones. We also have boats that strike targets on land from the sea. And we are developing more stable drones that can operate longer and more effectively at sea. Soon – and not in the distant future – we will have systems that can operate even in ocean conditions. We are also actively working on underwater systems. So, facing threats in the Black Sea, we are finding the right security solutions. These solutions can be used in your matters as well – including in complex situations like the Strait of Hormuz today. Drones can solve problems that even a fleet sometimes cannot. There were reports on production and contracts—from FPV drones to long-range ones—as well as on solutions aimed at more effectively destroying the occupiers and protecting the lives of our soldiers. We have technological proposals that need to be implemented, and I am grateful to all our military personnel, every company, every official, and every volunteer involved in this effort to continuously modernize the Ukrainian army. There was also a report on robotic systems, as well as on artillery—both our domestic production and global procurement, with a focus on ammunition. It is important that Ukraine has good dynamics in artillery production, and our own capabilities to supply the army will only increase.

"They [India] are very interested in our Lancet drones, and in all our drones in general. They are also ready to produce them. We have talked with them, and are now discussing the possibility of localizing production in India at Indian enterprises," he said. Communications Authority Blamed for Negligence as TV Stations as Local TV Stations Become a Hotbed for Scams and Gambling There is a dangerous trend of exploitative TV stations in Kenya, which appears to be growing unchecked, with over 50 local channels now engaging in practices that manipulate and deceive the public. Many of these stations are particularly dedicated to airing content that promotes gambling. One angry Kenyan sent me this message after witnessing one of these deceptive charity drives. "Hello Cyprian. Today I want you to help in calling out the Communication Authority of Kenya and the Betting and Licensing Board of Kenya. There has been a rise in the number of TV stations, formed with the sole mandate of conning or exploiting Kenyans. Currently, there are over 50 local channels, playing the betting shit. On top of that, there are TV stations running charity collections. Unfortunately or fortunately, this morning I noticed something interesting. As attached in the video, you can see two different TV stations, one is NB, the other is Mountain of Fire, airing a donor fund drive for an ailing person, but on closer check, I realized that it is the same person, different identities with different target amounts. It's time to shame this behavior and put the ministry and relevant authorities to task."
